3 things I learned while making a chocolate showpiece

1. I should never become an architect.. sticking with Ikea furniture is going to be my best bet.

2. If a client ever asks me to make him a chocolate box that is filled with chocolates and has a chocolate statue on top, I will scoff in his face and tell him that he is a ridiculous person. And that it will cost $175 ($5 materials, $170 emotional anguish).

3. I have very hot hands.
