Just because having coffee, a banana, and yogurt for breakfast is healthy and delicious doesn't mean that you should throw all of these things in a blender in an attempt to make a smoothie.
I actually make this smoothie for breakfast! Probably different proportions - i use yogurt, a banana, some ice, instant espresso powder, and CHOCOLATE (that's key). Maybe a re-try is in order? -Lily (Laura's coworker who diligently reads your blog)
